What You Will Do

Provide direct supervision of and 24-hour responsibility for personnel and assure the quality of clinical nursing care of ED patients. This position has responsibility for the coordination of care for patients and families in the Emergency Department. Responsibility includes planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating staff and care activities in Emergency Department to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost-effective patient care. The position is accountable for scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining the resources necessary on a specific shift daily, weekly, and monthly.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 Years ED clinical nursing experience, one year of which shall have been in a leadership role.
