We are seeking a Speech Therapist for a travel contract opportunity at a Skilled Nursing clinic located in San Jose, CA

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.

• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high-quality patient care.

• Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. 

• Certificate of Clinical Competence, (SLP-CCC).

• Current and active state Speech Language Pathologist license -or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.

• Skilled Nursing experience required.

• Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments.

• BLS Certification.

Job Specifics

• $2,828 weekly gross

• Weekly guarantee of hours
