As part of the Telecare Family, Tumwater Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) is a 16-bed inpatient secure facility for adults, ages 18 and older, diagnosed with a serious mental illness, who are experiencing a mental health emergency. Shifts: Full Time Salary, 40 hours per week | Approx Monday- Friday | Approx. 8:00am- 5:00pm Expected starting wage range is $136,906.57 - $169,119.80. Top of the range is $201,333.04. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Telecare's Director of Nursing is similar to Registered Nurse (RN) 4 in the community.

As part of the Telecare Family, Tumwater Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) is a 16-bed inpatient secure facility for adults, ages 18 and older, diagnosed with a serious mental illness, who are experiencing a mental health emergency.

Shifts: Full Time Salary, 40 hours per week | Approx Monday- Friday | Approx. 8:00am- 5:00pm

Expected starting wage range is $136,906.57 - $169,119.80. Top of the range is $201,333.04. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have four (4) years of experience with two (2) in psychiatric nursing and two (2) years in a supervisory capacity; OR a baccalaureate degree in nursing or a related field and two (2) years of experience and one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Current valid licensure as an RN in the state of operation
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Administrator On Call (AOC) coverage rotation with other facility leadership
