Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility. Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year.
