LPN needed for skilled nursing facility

Pay: $37/hr

Shift: Days (12 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state regulations), and other skilled procedures
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care instructions
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
