Job Description

Seeking part time, flexible, skilled Private Duty Nurse for care of 100% dependent, non-verbal young adult. Tasks include but are not limited to management of daily ordered medical and therapy interventions, medication administration and feeding through G-tube and assistance with all ADLs within the clients integrated family home. Day shift tasks also include transportation to and from medical and therapy appointments and community activities (in patient's vehicle). Day and evening shifts available.

Pay Range: $35 - $40 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Montana or Compact State Nursing License (RN)

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.

· Knowledge of standards and practices for managing acute and chronic conditions.

· Strong assessment skills to identify and manage interventions for high needs, non-verbal patient.

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop care plans and respond to patient needs.

· Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams including, nurses, case managers, pharmacy, therapy, and physicians/APPS to maximize patient care and meet evolving patient needs.
