What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility

• Support residents' emotional well-being through respectful communication and companionship

• Accurately document care provided and observe/report changes in resident conditions

• Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and resident rights standards

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida CNA certification in good standing - REQUIRED

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for helping others

• Ability to work overnight hours and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Dependability, compassion, and a positive attitude are a must
