Mercer University’s Georgia Baptist College of Nursing is seeking applications for a non-tenure track, full-time, 9-month, Lab/Simulation faculty position. The Lab/Simulation faculty will assist with day-to-day operation of the Learning Resources Center.

Responsibilities:

The Lab/Simulation faculty will be expected to assist faculty with the consultation, creation, and execution of simulation and skills lab components for the undergraduate nursing program. The faculty may have additional responsibilities in other degree programs. The faculty will interact directly with students, faculty, staff, interprofessional colleagues, and vendors. This is a high-paced and dynamic environment that will require a willingness to learn new technologies and skills as they emerge. Rank and salary are commensurate with professional qualifications and experience. This is a non-tenure track full-time (9-month) faculty position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s in nursing from an accredited university/college

  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
