Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead evening operations in the Level III NICU (49 beds)
  • Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance
  • Ensure compliance with Magnet standards, CCS requirements, and nursing best practices

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements

  • Current RN license in California
  • 5+ years NICU clinical nursing experience, including 3+ years in NICU leadership/management
  • BSN or MSN, graduate of accredited nursing school
  • RNC‑NIC certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience managing in a Level III NICU environment
