Minimum Qualifications Current, unencumbered RN license in the state. RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience in nursing services administration. Experience in a healthcare setting serving the same age/type of resident population. Strong knowledge of nursing management, planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with accreditation standards and state/federal healthcare regulations.
