Eliot is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with mental illness by setting and working toward individualized nutritional goals. They will understand the connection between diet and mental well-being and be able to provide practical, supportive guidance as part of a holistic care teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and health-related services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting, to support clients' daily needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as maintaining hygiene, managing finances, and maintaining a clean living environment
  • Support clients in building independence and recovery skills across various environments
  • Perform housekeeping, shopping, and transportation tasks as needed, ensuring clients can access necessary services and appointments
  • Recognize symptoms of mental illness or emotional distress, providing support and helping clients develop coping skills

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CNA license provided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
  • Valid Massachusetts drivers license 

Schedules: 

  • Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm (FT/40hrs)

Hourly Rate

$20.50 - $20.50 USD
