All faculty should, at a minimum, have the degree required for the specific discipline and have experience and appropriate credentials in their relevant area of academia according to the Florida Board of Nursing (FBON), ACEN, ACCSC, and other governing bodies. The Nurse Administrator should remember that, according to the FBON, 50% or more of the faculty must have a master's or doctoral degree in Nursing. Excellent written and oral communication skills and analytical skills. Excellent teaching skill and ability to efficiently manage students' clinical and skills lab activities. Computer literacy skills including functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.). Ability to manage people and projects. Knowledgeable in the course content. Effective in directing and evaluating student learning and lab performance. Prepared in Educational Theory and Techniques. A willingness to follow high ethical standards. Education/Experience: Minimum of an earned Bachelor's degree with a major in nursing (BSN or equivalent) from an accredited nursing program (Required) Master's degree with a major in nursing (MSN or equivalent) from an accredited nursing program (Preferred) Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license issued by the Florida Department of Health (Required) Current and active Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association (Required) Minimum of four (4) years of related practical work experience in the subject area(s) taught (per ACCSC) Workload Expectations: Workload is dependent upon the faculty classification. Faculty will start and end on time for assigned courses, clinicals, and lab hours. Faculty must obtain prior approval from the ADON/DON if their assignment will require overtime. Teaching must be in face-to-face contact with students in any of the following areas, as driven by cohort needs: Didactic/classroom instruction Clinical/offsite or onsite active patient/mannequin care experience Lab/Simulation/Active Learning experiences Full-Time Faculty are required to: Teach a minimum of 30 hours per week. Attend meetings. Participate in accreditation. Serve on committees. Other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: The physical demands are those required in a professional office setting and higher education teaching environment, along with activities of a professional nurse: communicating with coworkers, presenting to a classroom of students, demonstrating procedures and techniques, and getting to and from appropriate classes and offices. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Working Environment: Professional office setting: moderate noise levels; controlled indoor climate. Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Duties: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the client's plan of care under the supervision of the charge nurse. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) shall promptly report any changes to the charge nurse and complete all documentation legibly and accurately before the end of the shift.

Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 for Full-Time, $750 for Part-Time or On-Call. Paid after 90 days or 100 hours of work whichever is greater.
