You will partner with our Commercial Bankers in a consultative sales role, meet annual sales goals and sales activity targets, and plan sales strategies to develop new business. The City of El Dorado is seeking a responsible, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to serve as Pool Manager for the 2026 swim season.  This position is considered Part-Time and does not qualify for benefits.Position Summary:The Pool Manager oversees daily operations of the municipal swimming pool, including staff supervision, safety enforcement, scheduling, customer service, and facility maintenance. The position ensures a safe, fun, and positive environment for the community.Key Responsibilities:
  • Train, schedule, and supervise lifeguards, concession staff, and assistant managers.
  • Enforce safety rules
  • Manage pool maintenance and facility cleanliness.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve patron concerns.
  • Prepare end-of-season reports and inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Previous lifeguarding or aquatics management experience preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications before start date
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Season & Compensation:
  • Position runs from May – August 2026.
  • Seasonal, full-time hours.
