WHAT YOU’LL DO Reference the blueprint and confer with the Lead person to determine job requirements. Gather necessary materials and perform layout per specifications. Set up the welding machine and adjust  settings. Operate welding gun to weld steel, aluminum, etc., pieces together. Visually examine welds for adherence to quality standards; reweld defective joints and remove surplus slag, flux, and spatter using a brush, pad, buffer, and/or grinder. Operate cutting torch and manual plasma cutter as needed. Apply the weld stencil and notify the Lead person or Inspector when the product is ready for inspection. Perform ongoing housekeeping duties to keep the work area clear of scrap and debris. Oversee the corporate credit card platform, including issuance, usage monitoring, and policy adherence. Manage daily cash operations, banking relationships, and short-term liquidity planning. Support cash forecasting, intercompany funding, and treasury reporting. Oversee accurate calculation, reporting, and remittance of sales and use taxes across applicable jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws and coordinate with external advisors as needed. Manage and maintain legal entity registrations and tax filings across all relevant jurisdictions. Coordinate with legal and tax teams to ensure timely renewals and compliance. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across all service areas. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX or other regulatory frameworks. Oversee the use and optimization of ERP systems and financial tools related to AP, T&E, and treasury. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to drive system enhancements and integrations. Establish KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on operational performance and risk areas. Support audits and other initiatives as needed.
