Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers by name, when possible, when they are leaving the store. Register Operations Follow all cash register transaction procedures. Responsible for balancing of register drawer. Front End Appearance and Upkeep Keep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors neat and clean at all times. Face and dust front end. Assist with keeping impulse counters stocked and faced, rotate fresh merchandise in as seasons change. Ensure fresh ads are stocked in shopping carts at all times. Ensure forms and supplies are stocked at all times. Assist with decorating the front end according to the Store Support Center program. Call for cart pickups when necessary. Inform management when merchandise returns need to be put away. Perform all other duties as assigned. Who You Are:

We are looking for those charismatic, high energy individuals who want to bring the "Everyday should feel this good" vibe to life on the sales floor. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll slip into the good life mentality and effectively coach, train and develop the team into being the ultimate Brand Ambassadors. With a focus on community, you'll be able to identify opportunities as they arise within and outside your four walls. Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

  • Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills

As an employee at a vineyard vines retail location, all team members must have the ability to:

  • Stand and/or move around for extended periods of time

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Weekend availability required - scheduling will be dependent upon the needs of the business
  • 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
  • Seasonal Stores (25-40 hours/week average during seasonal peak periods)
