  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in an easy and relatable manner.
  • Ability to articulate and deploy Virtus services to prospective and existing clients including cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional public speaking skills.
  • College degree and 6+ years insurance experience with 2+ years of experience independently managing book of business.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.

  • Experience creating complex and large real estate risk management and insurance programs. 
  • Experience evaluating and placing management liability, cyber, professional liability, and other specialty coverages.
  • CPCU and other professional and insurance designations.
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
