These positions will provide WCNOC the ability to train personnel with little or no experience to become a Journeyman RP Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully complete all Radiation Protections initial, continuing and fundamental technician training requirements or waivers. Also maintain OJT qualifications as required. Provide radiological controls when assigned during special and routine plant operations, maintenance, refueling outages or emergencies and ensure all activities comply with corporate policies, procedures and the NRC. Provide radiological controls during special and routine operations, maintenance, refueling outages or emergencies and ensure all activities comply with corporate policies and procedures and the NRC. Provide E-plan coverage and successfully complete and maintain qualifications. When in a Shift Technician position, provide direction and assignment of work activities to other Radiation Protections technicians in-house personnel. During refueling outages, when upgraded to HP Master Technician, provide direction and assignments to supplemental personnel. Accurately process all payment types, such as cash, checks, WIC, food stamps, coupons and other payment methods. Identify products by PLUs, scale, and/or produce number. Operate electronic cash registers, scanners, check verification equipment and overhead intercom system. Utilize proper bagging and cashiering techniques to minimize product damage, maximize efficiency and reduce shrink. Ensure the front end is always clean and displays a professional overall appearance for customers. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner and recognize when it is appropriate to involve a member of the store management team. Know and implement the Casentino Customer Service Standards. Know, comply with, and encourage other team members to comply with all health regulations, sanitation guidelines and safety procedures for your department and your store. Know your store's items, procedures and policies so that you can accurately and courteously answer customer questions. Support your company by completing additional tasks identified by management, assisting other stores or departments as needed and gaining new skills when necessary. Physical Abilities The following physical movements could potentially be part of any scheduled shift and employees will be expected to perform these actions while on duty. Essential Abilities Reaching overhead with both arms, twisting at the waist and lifting objects with both hands weighing up to 10 lbs. Pushing and pulling grocery items & carts to the proper locations as needed, up to a peak force of 25 lbs. Standing and walking for long periods of time on tile, asphalt, concrete or other hard surfaces. Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 30lbs., to a height of 36 inches. How you will create an impact Maintain product and filings knowledge and ownership of assigned products/programs. Assist Underwriting and Program Development in the analysis, development and documentation of products (rates/rules/forms) with a focused responsibility for rate/rule page manuals development and complex forms drafting. Maintain a library of finalized product for reference. Develop and maintain SOPs to reflect various aspects of the product filing and implementation processes.. What you'll need to succeed 7+ years of relevant experience in insurance industry. Experience in Commercial Lines property/casualty insurance products. Experience in ISO Commercial Lines products, package policy structure, admitted and non-admitted products, and Programs business. Bachelor's degree and insurance designations (CPCU, AU, ARM, etc.) preferred, will consider applicable insurance experience in lieu of degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong research skills, including use of AM Best State Filings, RateFilings.com, SERFF, etc. Effective oral and written communication skills.
