Participation includes call, scheduled visits and admissions. Completes timely and accurate documentation as per agency policy. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, family members, co-workers, physicians and referral sources. Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals and including the patient and family in discussions regarding medical issues, testing, medications, and self-care skills. Observes the patients' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions and collaborates with team members as appropriate. Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI). Job Summary Computes cost factors and prepares construction estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness. Works with the Marketing Department to review market potential and possibilities for bids which fit the company’s strategic goals. Qualifications and skills Meet one of the following education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a construction or electrical engineering related discipline, OR At least five years of electrical construction/service field trade experience/training/education, OR Equivalent combination of the above. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Direct Experience: Ten or more years of electrical construction estimating experience while employed by an electrical construction contractor is required. Industrial, Healthcare, Critical Power, Government and Heavy Commercial experience is preferred. Accustomed to successfully bidding on non-residential projects that are at least $500,000 or more in cost. General contractors or roles coordinating with electrical subcontractors do not meet this requirement. Certifications: LEED Certification is preferred but not required. Experience with computerized estimating programs such as Accubid Anywhere or Enterprise is preferred. Computer Skills : Must have accurate typing skills and be proficient in using email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and be willing to learn new software applications. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check. Must be able to meet P1 qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Liaise with customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies for quality audits, inspections, and compliance inquiries. Process Improvement Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Customer Support & Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing and sewing techniques, reduce waste, and enhance first-pass yield. Implement root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans, and process audits for continuing improvements. Customer & Supplier Engagement Serve as the point of contact for customer quality audits, inspections, and compliance inquiries. Work with Purchasing to ensure raw materials (fabrics, threads, zippers, fasteners, or other components) meet required quality standards before production. Provide technical support and corrective solutions for customer and supplier quality concerns. Team Development Manage, train, and mentor quality inspectors, supervisors, and support staff. Develop training programs to enhance quality awareness among staff. Establish accountability for quality performance across all departments. --- Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel/Textiles, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance or control, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a job shop/build-to-print manufacturing environment is a plus. Experience working in accordance with government and/or OEM specifications is highly beneficial. Skills & Competencies Proficiency with quality management systems, auditing practices, and tools/software. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and AS9100 REV D. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated leadership, project management, and team development skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. --- Work Environment Combination of plant floor and office setting. Regular exposure to production equipment, fabrics, and materials. Occasional travel required for supplier and customer audits. Job Description

Provides individualized quality patient care as directed per patient plan of care. Maintains and applies principles of safety. Collaborates with physician, RN case manager and other ordered disciplines as indicated to maximize patient outcomes.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provides care as directed on the individualized plan of care to achieve desired patient outcomes for hospice and homecare patients newborn thru geriatric.
  • Completes hospice admission assessments, home health admission assessment (OASIS) and develops patient's initial plan of care.
  • Collaborates with physician, patient/family and other assigned disciplines regarding care needs and revisions to plan of care.
  • Completes supervision of HHA services provided as per policy.
  • Participates in on-call responsibilities as needed to ensure 24 hour nursing availability for agency hospice, homecare and private duty patients. Participation includes call, scheduled visits and admissions.
  • Completes timely and accurate documentation as per agency policy.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, family members, co-workers, physicians and referral sources.
  • Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals and including the patient and family in discussions regarding medical issues, testing, medications, and self-care skills.
  • Observes the patients' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions and collaborates with team members as appropriate.
  • Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Keyboarding skills.

  • Certified as Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse.

REQUIRED LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas.
  • BLS - BLS is required within three months of hire
  • Kansas State Driver's License.
  • Auto Insurance equal to or greater than the Kansas insurance requirements.
