ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the production of many different sewn products with diverse fabrication across multiple production lines. Achieve a high level of performance by communicating job expectations; planning, coaching, and training employees. Manages workflow by monitoring steps of the production process to meet performance expectations and deadlines. Maintain accurate and timely productivity data for each job in-process. Maintain quality workmanship requirements by enforcing standards and policies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Performs other duties assigned by management.   • Manages the production of many different sewn products with diverse fabrication across multiple production lines.
  • Achieve a high level of performance by communicating job expectations; planning, coaching, and training employees.
  • Manages workflow by monitoring steps of the production process to meet performance expectations and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely productivity data for each job in-process.
  • Maintain quality workmanship requirements by enforcing standards and policies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Performs other duties assigned by management.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS:
  • Minimum of 3 years people management experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Access, and SQL 
  • Ability to work on-site in Haysville, KS
  • High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED SKILL SETS:
  • OSHA or Forklift certification
Job Type: Full Time, Mon –Thurs. 6:30am – 5:00pm and Fri.6:30am – 11:30am OT Sat as needed.Compensation:  $65-75K Annually
