A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead the people, operations, and customer experience that make Scooter's Coffee amazing!

• Lead an Amazing Team! Coach, motivate, and develop Baristas and Shift Leads while building a positive team culture.
• Deliver Amazing Service! Lead by example to ensure fast, friendly service and consistently great drinks.
• Build a Winning Crew! Help recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop employees.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly! Oversee daily operations, inventory, staffing, administrative tasks, and store cleanliness.
• Drive Results! Monitor performance, labor, customer satisfaction, and operational goals.
• Lead From the Front! Work alongside your team, solve problems, and step in wherever needed.
• Take Ownership! Maintain high standards, follow through on responsibilities, and hold yourself and your team accountable.

Store Managers are responsible for overall store performance. Assistant Store Managers support these responsibilities while developing their leadership skills.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

EXPERIENCE & AVAILABILITY

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service, food service, or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn scheduling, inventory, and operational systems.
• Ability to perform routine physical job duties, including standing, cleaning, and stocking, with reasonable accommodations as required by law.
• Availability to support store operations, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
