• Pay range: $10.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience

• Sell new insurance policies through consultative needs-based conversations
• Service existing client accounts with professionalism and care
• Prospect and follow up with leads to drive consistent new business
• Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools to manage customer activity
• Educate clients on coverage options and explain benefits clearly and confidently

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Professional, trustworthy, and reliable in all client interactions
• Friendly and engaging personality with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with basic office technology and tools
• No prior experience required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be willing to obtain state licenses
