Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

- A current CNA Certificate in good standing in Kansas or Missouri.

- Up-to-date CPR certification.

- Completed TB skin test or chest x-ray within allowable timeframes.

- Reliable transportation, with current auto insurance and a valid driver's license.
