JOURNEYMAN LINEMEN- "Journeyman Linemen shall be skilled workers having three (3) or more years experience in this trade or having been previously classed by the Company as First Class Linemen, who possess the required knowledge, skills, physical abilities, and competencies to perform any work he or she may be called upon to do on the Company's transmission and distribution lines. Experience with other companies shall be considered in computing his/her time at the trade. Open switches or attach grounding devices to remove electrical hazards from disturbed or fallen lines or to facilitate repairs. Place insulating materials over conductors and joints.
