Visually examine welds for adherence to quality standards; reweld defective joints and remove surplus slag, flux, and spatter using a brush, pad, buffer, and/or grinder. Operate cutting torch and manual plasma cutter as needed. Apply the weld stencil and notify the Lead person or Inspector when the product is ready for inspection. Perform ongoing housekeeping duties to keep the work area clear of scrap and debris. Provide technical support for live event productions; must be able to independently operate, configure, troubleshoot, and program A/V and VTC equipment for seamless multimedia event execution. Coordinate technical support for multiple concurrent events, ensuring qualified technicians are present at each location.
