The Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers providing Patient Solutions customer support services. We're looking for contractors and freelancers to work with on a project basis , who have demonstrated experience implementing web designs into finished responsive web sites using Zurb's Foundation framework . The sites are structured using MVC principles and are developed primarily on our PHP-based, in-house, CMS-Catalog-E-commerce platform. You will work with the backend developers, designer, and project manager to implement the sites. In addition to strong HTML and CSS skills, PHP and JS (both jQuery and vanilla JS) experience is required. You will not be responsible for the overall site design, but good problem-solving and basic design skills are necessary in order to successfully implement the finished design, given the numerous small issues that always come up when dealing with responsive development. Perform all major component exchanges in accordance with specified procedures. Perform repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical component replacements to correct malfunctions. Duties/Responsibilities: Utilize CAD software to create, modify, and optimize detailed drawings and layouts of custom saunas for Sunlighten customers. Develop routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams for various custom sauna designs. Actively participate in and maintain frequent communication with various departments on all project phases, collaborating closely with sales representatives, engineers, and other team members to translate conceptual designs into practical and manufacturable drawings. Assist in early schematic design by providing input and creating initial drafts to explore design options and feasibility. Generate comprehensive technical drawings that include all necessary views, dimensions, annotations, and specifications to guide manufacturing processes. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of design revisions, ensuring that all versions are readily accessible to the team. Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering terminology and principles to effectively communicate with engineers and other team members. Utilize basic mathematical calculations to verify measurements, dimensions, and tolerances in drawings. Provide technical support and clarifications to manufacturing and assembly teams during the production phase to resolve any design-related issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in drafting, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 1 or more years of experience using industrial design related programs - Solidworks highly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations. Must reside in/be willing to commute to the Leawood, KS area. Compensation: The salary for this position is in the $50,000 per year range, based on experience and qualifications.
