Position Title Physician - OBGYN Specialist Medical Pavilion Position Summary / Career Interest: The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is seeking a full-time OBGYN specialist who will join the team and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care, as well as satisfying teaching, research, and academic responsibilities at the region's quaternary referral center. The selected physician will join a robust team of over 35 faculty members, 25 residents, maternal-fetal medicine and gynecologic oncology fellows. As a faculty member of the Specialist Division, you will supervise residents and students, as well as provide consultation to certified nurse midwives. The ambulatory practice includes care in outpatient private clinics, supervision of resident clinics and coverage of community-based clinics. The position provides a competitive benefits package. The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is seeking a full-time OBGYN specialist who will join the team and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care, as well as satisfying teaching, research, and academic responsibilities at the region's quaternary referral center.

The selected physician will join a robust team of over 35 faculty members, 25 residents, maternal-fetal medicine and gynecologic oncology fellows. As a faculty member of the Specialist Division, you will supervise residents and students, as well as provide consultation to certified nurse midwives. The ambulatory practice includes care in outpatient private clinics, supervision of resident clinics and coverage of community-based clinics.

  • Ambulatory care and inpatient care, including night and weekend Labor and Delivery and gynecology coverage

  • Provide attendance and presentation at student, resident, and fellowship teaching conferences
