Responsibilities

  • Assist Service Advisors in greeting customers and assessing their service needs
  • Help schedule service appointments and maintain an organized service calendar
  • Communicate service options and pricing information to customers
  • Relay customer concerns and vehicle issues to technicians effectively
  • Assist in managing service workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service transactions
  • Provide follow-up support to customers after service completion

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Proficient in using computers and basic office software
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
