In addition, the team reviews and assess children’s health needs to identify health concerns and provides health education to parents and staff. Support children and families in addressing & meeting health requirements (i.e. medical, dental, hearing, vision, growth & development) Reviews enrolling child files to accept children’s files for classroom attendance per KDHE licensing standards and Performance Standards. Screens each child file for current health status. Work in collaboration with assigned RN partner in providing health services to assigned sites. RN will train and monitor the LPN’s completion of work task to ensure compliance with HS Performance Standards and licensing requirements. LPN will monitor the administration, storage and documentation of the fluoride administered at assigned centers and can train new staff after the RN partner has conducted the first training. Administers first aid or other emergency care as necessary when on site. Provides support to staff who have been in contact with someone who may have a communicable diseases. Promotes community development by sharing information regarding Child Start with community providers. Maintains cooperative working relationships with physicians, dentists and other local health care providers in order to provide optimal healthcare for enrolled children. Requirements LPN License Prefer individuals with a minimum of two years’ experience in community health, pediatrics, OB/GYN or school nursing and knowledge of you children and pregnant women. Certified or gain certification to conduct vision and hearing screenings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring the establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service in a friendly and timely manner. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring that any issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Monitor and maintain high standards for guest service, ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience at the restaurant. Stay visible in the dining area, interacting with customers to gather feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction. 4. Financial Management: Manage the restaurant’s budget, ensuring that the restaurant operates within financial parameters, including food, labor, and operational costs. Monitor and analyze sales trends, labor costs, and other financial reports to drive profitability and ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals. Help implement cost-control measures and maximize revenue opportunities, including up-selling, promotions, and managing waste. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, and perform cash audits and reconciliation as needed. 5. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety codes, food safety, sanitation, and labor laws. Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure food safety standards are met, including temperature checks, food storage, and hygiene practices. Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring all safety protocols are in place and staff members are trained in safe work practices. 6. Marketing & Community Engagement: Support local marketing efforts to increase restaurant traffic and brand awareness. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and local community outreach efforts to help grow the restaurant’s customer base. Implement company-wide promotional strategies to ensure success at the local level. Skills & Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree in business, hospitality management, or related field is a plus. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a diverse team. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Problem-Solving: Ability to make decisions quickly and resolve operational issues effectively. Manage end-to-end procurement processes for power delivery equipment and services including transformers, switchgear, cables, and other related components. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on capability, quality, price, and compliance with industry standards. Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable commercial agreements. Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project requirements and budgets. Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier data. Complete Purchase Order Contracts on a clear and concise basis as required by the Project needs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, including managing scheduling changes and cancelations (managing shop capacity data, schedule capabilities, field support availability, etc) Manage the overall Expediting requirements of the business to ensure timely delivery of materials to site to support Construction activities. Support the Operations team in their Receiving efforts on site to ensure all materials are received, in good working order, to feed the Expediting efforts. Interface with the Paradigm Power Delivery team on a daily basis. Proposal Support to ensure the best possible offering to our clients is obtained. Performs other related duties as required. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of related work experience. 2+ years of prior Management experience. Power industry Experience is preferred, not required. This position involves 100% touch freight, with a weekly average income of up to $2000, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS 100% DRIVER TOUCH. DRIVERS WILL UNLOAD BOXES (WEIGHT OF 15-50LBS) AND PLACE THEM ON CONVEYOR BELT. DRIVER NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING FREIGHT INTO STORE.

  • Operating lane is ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN.
  • 3-4 loads a week on average
  • Home weekly (80% of time on weekends)

Requirements

  • 3 Months OTR or Regional in the last 36 months 
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months 
  • Can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test – no SAP drivers.
  • No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
  • No DUI/Felonies/Misdemeanors in the past 5 years
  • Max number of jobs based on experience:
  • 6-12 months no more than 4 jobs in the last year 
  • 12-24 months no more than 6 jobs in the last 24 months  
  • 24+ no more than 8 jobs in the last 36 months 

Benefits

  • Starting pay is $.70-$.80 a mile (depending on experience)
  • $240 Unload Pay plus $15 per stop
  • $150 per day training pay (1 week)
  • $1000 Sign on Bonus (paid in increments)
