Job Summary A JEO Aquatics Designer is a creative visionary with the ability to be a proactive problem solver, has keen attention to detail, and enjoys managing multiple projects. Qualified candidates are required to have: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Engineering / Design related field. 5+ years of design experience specific to architectural design, engineering or planning. Proven project management skills, including experience with project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D, Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Past experience in planning and developing projects from the conceptual design phase through construction documentation. Desired Skills Preference for licensure in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering / (or ability to obtain licensure). Experience in sustainable design and LEED certification. Knowledge of construction practices and materials. Experience in business development and proposal writing.
