We are in need of a passionate, hard working, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to assist with new business growth in one of our local offices. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65+ locations in 17+ states. We have access to 150+ carriers which equates to much higher retention and close rates!

Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clientsSelling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objectionsBecome familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agencyMeet monthly sales quotas by following our set processesContribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiativesUtilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.Requirements:
