This includes managing the hotel's sales and marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with key clients and business partners, and achieving revenue targets across all market segments including corporate, group, government, and leisure. The DOS plays a critical role in maximizing occupancy, revenue, and market share while ensuring the hotel's brand standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals for rooms, meeting space, and ancillary services. Identify and target new business opportunities in key segments including corporate, SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, Fraternal), government, and group travel. Manage a proactive sales effort through direct outside sales, client appointments, networking, cold calling, and industry involvement. Prepare and analyze sales forecasts and reports to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account records in the hotel's CRM system. Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to establish pricing, forecasting, and marketing strategies.
