Organize and obtain training procedure manuals and course materials such as handouts and visual materials to be given to students as needed. Maintain documentation, attendance records in STRIVE cloud-based CRM, and provide access to resources for wraparound support. Enter and maintain student data in STRIVE cloud-based CRM including, but not limited to: cohort enrollments, cohort attendance, and cohort completions. High level of comfort using and interpreting data reports to guide program service delivery. Commitment to leveraging data and supporting a data-driven culture at STRIVE. Complete weekly case notes to document student progress. Partner with the business development team to present workshops during "jump start" to prepare students for job search.
