About the Role: We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and coordinate day to day operations of the Autopilot business at Landing. Our Autopilot program is a core business model where we partner with property management companies through revenue-sharing agreements. As a BDR, you'll coordinate a variety of processes alongside our Lexit & Outbound AP sales teams. About the Team: You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving operators who are building the future of Landing's business model. The team is focused on converting existing leased partnerships to become AP partners and net new properties from our outbound sales team. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and coordinate day to day operations of the Autopilot business at Landing. Our Autopilot program is a core business model where we partner with property management companies through revenue-sharing agreements. As a BDR, you'll coordinate a variety of processes alongside our Lexit & Outbound AP sales teams.

About the Team:

You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving operators who are building the future of Landing's business model. The team is focused on converting existing leased partnerships to become AP partners and net new properties from our outbound sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Prospecting and sourcing multifamily property owners and decision-makers using platforms like CoStar, LinkedIn, Hunter.io, and ZoomInfo
  • Driving revenue growth within your assigned territory by setting qualified meetings for the Autopilot Sales team
  • Building custom proformas to demonstrate financial performance and earnings potential for prospective partners
  • Making 25+ outbound calls per day, along with cold emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Managing the top of the sales funnel and helping move deals through the pipeline (average sales cycle: ~3 months)
  • Sending timely follow-ups and scheduling sales pitches to help close qualified Autopilot opportunities
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and responding to unqualified inquiries with appropriate solutions
  • Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) fully updated with accurate lead, deal, and activity information
  • Collaborating closely with AP Sales reps to support active deals, provide context, and ensure handoffs are smooth
  • Owning communication with the Manager across teams via Slack to support partner needs and resolve requests
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks, including CRM maintenance, contact research, and internal coordination

What you need:

  • 1+ year of cold calling or outbound sales experience, preferably in real estate, tech, or B2B environments
  • Proven ability to hunt, prospect, and independently qualify leads
  • Comfortable making 25+ outbound calls per day and conducting email + LinkedIn follow-ups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with C-level executives, asset managers, and property teams
  • Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn, CoStar, and ZoomInfo to source and research leads
