Summary: The Admissions Clinician is part of the Admissions/Customer Relations Team and ensures that inquiries are responded to promptly and screened appropriately. Responsible for developing and monitoring relationships with individuals and families as well as referral sources. Acts as liaison between referral sources and clinicians at WestBridge. Participates in the development of internal as well as external customer relations. Contributes to event planning and business development activities. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Spends a majority of time managing all aspects of the pre-screening/admission process for assigned cases. Responds to admission calls in a timely manner. Conducts initial phone engagement and screening for admissions, and presents data collected to the admissions / transitions committee.
