This role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the LPT North America project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget, while meeting customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process & Project Engineers, ensuring adherence to company and departmental procedures, standards, and best practices. Address customer concerns related to project performance and support negotiation and settlement of claims within the scope of project engineering responsibility. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings. Experience in the food, dairy, brewing, or beverage industries is highly desirable. Strong project management or project engineering experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time. The anticipated rate for this position is $20.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.
