Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter/Dart. Implement responsive UI, animations, state management, and platform integrations. Optimize app performance, reliability, and startup times. Establish and enforce best practices for mobile architecture (e.g., clean architecture, dependency injection, modularization, ensure code quality). Perform and lead code reviews; mentor junior and mid-level developers. Build reusable components and ensure consistent design systems. Platform & API Integration: Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, local storage, and secure authentication. Work with native Android plugins or build custom platform channels when needed. Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure robust code coverage. Support continuous integration pipelines, automated testing, and release processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API usage, and code standards. Document workflows, deployment steps, and development guidelines. Contribute to team knowledge bases and engineering best-practices. Interface with QA to ensure accurate testing and acceptance criteria. Provide technical insights during planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Qualifications & Experience Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Deep expertise in Flutter & Dart (3–5+ years preferred; or 5+ years mobile experience with at least 2 years in Flutter). Required Skills/Abilities: Strong knowledge of state management (Riverpod, BLoC, etc.). Experience with Flutter animations, rendering performance, and adaptive UI. Solid understanding of Android ecosystems, including app store requirements. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON serialization, and networking patterns. Strong grasp of mobile design patterns, MVC/MVVM/MVP/Clean Architecture. Hands-on experience with CI/CD for mobile apps (GitHub Actions, CodeMagic, etc.). Familiarity with secure storage, encryption, and authentication/authorization flows. Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews. Ability to write clean, well-documented, maintainable code. Must be legally authorized to access U.S. government export-controlled technology under ITAR/EAR regulations. Preferred Skills/Abilities: Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) for plugin development a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase). Knowledge of analytics, crash reporting, and A/B testing frameworks. Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product environments. Physical Requirements: Regular on-site attendance is a necessary function of this position. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear; use hands and fingers to handle and touch objects, tools, or controls to work in a production environment. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus to work. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer as well as prolonged periods of standing may be required. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times. Ability to perform physical tests and handle tools/equipment used for prototyping. We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Senior Campaign Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of demand generation programs from inception to performance. You will be measured by your ability to contribute to the qualified sales pipeline through innovative, creative marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Design: Act as a strategic yet hands-on manager responsible for designing the overarching approach for campaigns tied to strategic objectives. Define objectives, target audiences, messaging, and channels, then bring campaigns to life through execution. 
  • End-to-End Execution: Define high-value audience segments based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) data. Conceptualize, build, launch, and measure integrated marketing campaigns tailored to these segments to move prospects from awareness to closed-won.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Define long-form and short-form content needs to support campaign narratives. Write and evaluate content to ensure it maps effectively to the buyer's journey and is crafted specifically for direct response.
  • Creative Innovation: Utilize a "break-away mindset" to develop concepts that differentiate the brand from competitors, using unique messaging and tactics to disrupt standard industry tropes.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to drive strategy, utilizing CRM and marketing automation and intent data to identify audience segments and optimize campaign flows for maximum conversion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strategic & Creative Mindset: The ability to think outside the box to disrupt standard marketing approaches while maintaining strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced-level ability to analyze full funnel data and conversion rates to diagnose bottlenecks and drive strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams without direct authority.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs (Salesforce).
  • AI Proficiency: Ability to leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate content production, brainstorm "break-away" creative concepts, and personalize messaging strategies, analysis, and automation at scale.

Required Education and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation or integrated campaign management.
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue quotas.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns that successfully align Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Experience navigating Salesforce and Hubspot or Marketo.
  • Travel 20%
