Communication and Internal Collaboration Deliver presentations and training to the regional and wider UK trading team during team meetings, both in-person and online. Work closely with colleagues from the sales and account management teams to ensure excellent service to our clients and on-time provision of all deliverables. Work with Product, Analysis and Data Science teams in the UK and globally on projects and innovation. Present to agencies and clients and end-of-campaign reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) displaying MiQs work and contribution to marketing objectives. Innovation Test new products and features from our external partners and internal Product team. Provide feedback and suggestions. Ensure new and existing processes are deployed in the most efficient fashion and adhered to by all relevant stakeholders. Encourage team-wide adoption of new targeting tactics, optimisation methods and ways of working. Be the voice of reason within your pod, as well as awareness outside your pod, and ensuring new initiatives are adopted across the wider MiQ Trading team. Lead & Guide Manage Trader account allocation to ensure a balanced workload, commission opportunity, strategic contribution, and portfolio diversity amongst all Traders. Provide Traders a safe space in which to raise questions, concerns, feedback and other points of discussion. Provide direction and advice on each Trader’s campaigns with the view of enhancing performance. Monitor reporting and client service levels, ensuring adherence to our service level agreements. Provide feedback to traders on their performance against the 5 core trading competencies: campaign execution, communication & collaboration, commercial strategy, leadership and innovation. Highlighting strengths and positive behaviours while addressing areas that require improvement. Individual Portfolio Management While the main responsibilities of the role will be management orientated, we may expect the Trader Manager to retain a small book of business themselves, limited to strategically and commercially important clients. You will be expected to: Campaign Execution Deliver excellent campaign performance and client success across a portfolio of key accounts across any verticals and channels. Use data to enhance buying strategies, resulting in overachievement vs. client- stated KPIs and internal profit objectives. Use insights to build client rapport to up-sell and earn incremental revenue. What you’ll bring: Thorough understanding of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem. Experience using major DSPs. An analytical mindset along with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and general data analysis and manipulation. Excellent communication skills. You will be a clear, concise, thoughtful communicator with the ability to flex communication styles based on the intended audience. You will be comfortable presenting virtually and in person. Desire to develop a team of traders, providing opportunities for them to learn and grow. High level of organisation and conscientiousness. Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture.
