- Perform advanced inventory analysis to support adjustments, reconciliations, and audit readiness
- Lead root‑cause investigation of inventory variances and recommend sustainable process improvements
- Act as a key liaison between Atrisco operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting on inventory‑related matters
- Support material planning activities by providing accurate inventory visibility and risk awareness
- Help establish and reinforce inventory process standards and best practices within the Atrisco warehouse
- Protect company assets and confidential information while serving as a trusted inventory subject‑matter resource
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply chain management, Operations, Business, or other related fields
- 4-7+ years of inventory management experience in a manufacturing warehouse
- Proven experience supporting or leading cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, inventory controls, and audit readiness.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous data and systems analysis experience
- Background in project accounting
- SAP ERP/accounting software experience
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, smaller company environment
