What You'll Be Driving

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for global communications initiatives, including company-wide all-hands, leadership forums, and high-impact executive deliverables
• Partner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, timelines, and outputs that land with precision and clarity
• Act as the central connector across Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless delivery
• ️ Own and evolve intake processes, balancing workload, strategic priorities, and business needs to maximize efficiency
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and risks across initiatives-bringing forward solutions that improve scale and execution
• Support executive communication needs with confidence and discretion, anticipating requirements before they surface
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process innovation

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to priorities competing demands and deliver under pressure

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (Or more depending on experience)
