This is a highly physical, outdoor role.Assist with ground-level and high-elevation construction tasks, including rigging, structural assembly, and material handling.Safely climb telecommunications towers and structures using specialized fall-protection equipment (must be entirely comfortable working at heights).Utilize power tools, mechanical equipment, and construction rigging efficiently and safely.Assist with civil and site-prep work, including concrete prep, grounding, and trenching when required.Participate actively in daily job-site safety meetings and maintain a proactive attitude toward a zero-incident workplace.Qualifications:Solid, verifiable experience in heavy labor, general construction, civil excavation, concrete, mechanical trades, framing, or something similar.Must be physically fit, capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly, and entirely comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions.A proactive, professional attitude with high integrity and a strong drive to learn a specialized trade.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.About B.H.
