Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for The Atlantic District.
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback.
Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives and market demands.
Manage the sales budget effectively and ensure profitable growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that meet or exceed company objectives.
Proven ability to recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
