• Assisting with production tasks, including measuring ingredients and operating equipment.*
• Packaging finished products correctly and efficiently.*
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, reporting any concerns to management.*
• Ensuring quality control throughout the production process.*
• Maintaining cleanliness of your workspace and following safety procedures.*
• Moving and lifting ingredients and finished products, sometimes up to 50 pounds.*
• Working in coolers and freezers as needed, in environments between 35–38°F and up to -20°F.*
• Supporting team efforts to meet daily production targets with a positive attitude.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or food production setting is a plus.*
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.*
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols.*
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.*
• Flexibility to work overtime if required.*
• Safety-minded approach and attention to sanitation procedures.*
• A team-oriented attitude and reliability.*
• Must wear appropriate PPE, including hair nets, lab coat, gloves, and close-toed non-slip shoes.
