Family Medicine Physician needed in Dover-Foxcroft, ME

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $185,000 - $220,000 – Based on years of experience
• Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
• Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)
• 100% for Employee
• 80% for Family Plan
• Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance
• Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums
• Life Insurance at 2x annual salary
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment)
• Student loan repayment through the NHSC
• 120 hours of paid vacation in first year and 160 hours each year after
• Additional accrued PTO up to 88 hours each year
• 10 paid holidays
• CME Time Off – 1 week of time toward and $2,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin time
• 100% outpatient
• 1:12 call my phone only
• Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR
• Full Support Staff
• Directly reports to CMO

Requirements

• New Graduates Welcome
• Clear and Active Medical Doctor License in the State of Maine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active DEA
