The role plays an integral part in the process, supporting the coordination of risk reviews, assessments, monthly forums, and committee engagement across a broad range of stakeholders. How you'll succeed Support risk management oversight and governance in alignment with US Change Advisory & Governance (US CAG) objectives. Maintain a central inventory of all CIRA Applicability Assessment Forms; ensures CIRA Applicability Forms are completed and reviewed by Operational Risk Management and/or other applicable Control Groups as needed, prior to finalization. Ensure High and Medium inherent risk CIRAs are presented and discussed at the US CIRA Committee (US CIRAC); ensure Low inherent risk CIRAs are reviewed by Operational Risk Management and / or other applicable Control Groups as needed. Support the maintenance of the US CIRAC's Pipeline Report, and supports the facilitation of CIRA review (engagement) meetings with cross-functional stakeholders. Manage the CIRA SharePoint site and conducts semi-annual reviews; supports maintenance of all CIRA related documentation for US CAG. Ensure final US CIRAC meetings are held with business sponsors and cross-functional partners prior to launch dates. Maintain full understanding of the change initiative frameworks, risk assessment process, and US CAG objectives. Drive adoption through communication and coordination. What you'll be doing

The Senior Analyst on the Change Initiatives Risk Assessment (CIRA) team will support the CIRA process for change initiatives across the Combined US Operations (CUSO). The role plays an integral part in the process, supporting the coordination of risk reviews, assessments, monthly forums, and committee engagement across a broad range of stakeholders.

How you'll succeed

  • Support risk management oversight and governance in alignment with US Change Advisory & Governance (US CAG) objectives.

  • Partner with cross-functional business leaders and key functional areas such as Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit.

  • Maintain a central inventory of all CIRA Applicability Assessment Forms; ensures CIRA Applicability Forms are completed and reviewed by Operational Risk Management and/or other applicable Control Groups as needed, prior to finalization.

  • Ensure High and Medium inherent risk CIRAs are presented and discussed at the US CIRA Committee (US CIRAC); ensure Low inherent risk CIRAs are reviewed by Operational Risk Management and / or other applicable Control Groups as needed.

  • Support the maintenance of the US CIRAC's Pipeline Report, and supports the facilitation of CIRA review (engagement) meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Capture meeting minutes of relevant discussion points during CIRA engagement meetings and US CIRAC; supports development of meeting agendas and materials, documents and tracks action items.

  • Manage the CIRA SharePoint site and conducts semi-annual reviews; supports maintenance of all CIRA related documentation for US CAG.

  • Ensure final US CIRAC meetings are held with business sponsors and cross-functional partners prior to launch dates.

  • Maintain full understanding of the change initiative frameworks, risk assessment process, and US CAG objectives.

  • Drive adoption through communication and coordination.

  • Recommend and implement ongoing enhancements to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
