What the Program Looks Like

• Duration: 2 years (July 2026 - June 2028)
• Rotations: 3 immersive rotations in 3 different locations, ~8 months each
• Possible Locations: Congers, NY | Cary, IL | Mukwonago, WI | Auburn, AL| Lincolnton, NC |

Who We're Looking For

If you are a 2025-2026 engineering graduate who is eager to learn, curious about exploring multiple disciplines, and open to relocation, you will be well positioned to succeed in RISE. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without sponsorship.
