Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. You will accomplish a variety of operations responsibilities including picking, packing, receiving product both within our site and accompanying kitchen (if applicable), and working with our partner drivers. Customers turn to Gopuff to provide their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. Responsibilities: -Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers -Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure physical inventory count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies -Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders -Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility -Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practice -Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items -Handle, scan and move product in a safe and well-organized manner -Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach and walk during shifts -Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment to move product -Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol -Work in freezer locations periodically throughout shifts -Capability to walk several flights of steps periodically throughout the day -Prepare quality beverages and food menu items for all customers by observing all recipes and presentation standards -Ensure accuracy of all food and beverage packaged for delivery -Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products -Receive and put away order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies when they do not match expiration requirements -Maintain Kitchen Facility organization and standards to ensure resources can be accessed while managing waste and spoilage through mindful pouring and food preparation -Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders Qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED Equivalent -Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred, not required) -The ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts) -General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite) -Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift -Lift up to 49 pounds -Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays #LI-DNP What We Offer Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (for full-time employees) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan 25% employee discount & FAM Membership Vacation and Sick Time for eligible employees EAP through AllOne Health (formerly Carebridge) Incentives: $500 90 day referral bonus At Gopuff, we know that life can be unpredictable. JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW CREO Senior Analysts on the Technology Strategy and Solutions team take on a proactive role in collaborating with senior staff to drive innovative solutions for our clients’ complex technology and business challenges. As a Senior Analyst, you will help lead key IT-focused workstreams, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data analysis to help transform business operations and deliver impactful results. This role offers significant growth opportunities in the IT consulting space and the chance to make meaningful contributions to client technology transformations. Senior Analysts are highly motivated, self-driven professionals with strong leadership, technical, and communication skills. You will manage multiple IT projects, distill complex technical information quickly, and deliver client-ready IT solutions.  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Support senior staff across multiple IT projects and clients.  
  • Take ownership of key IT-related workstreams and manage work on multiple projects with a higher degree of independence  
  • Work alongside senior staff to deliver high-impact technical solutions and consistently exceed client expectations 
  • Your initiative and proactive contributions will be essential in driving project success, while continuously developing your consulting, technical, communication and leadership skills. 
  • Maintain personal billable utilization at the rate of 1700 hours per year 
  • Travel to CREO client sites in North Carolina’s Research Triangle area or occasionally interstate. 
  1. Prepare client-ready IT deliverables with autonomy.  
  • Build deliverables for clients and executive leadership on all projects to demonstrate findings and recommendations and articulate solutions and visually represent analysis of data.  Using a variety of tools often in PPT, Smartsheet, Project, and variety of others.
  • Design visually compelling and insightful presentations and reports, translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights 
  • Prepare detailed spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks, and status reports  
  • Ensure that all deliverables are polished, professional, and aligned with client needs 
  1. Collect data for analysis of business problems.  
  • Take a lead role in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to address business challenges from an IT perspective 
  • Work with clients to understand their technical requirements, conduct research, and synthesize information to inform technology-related recommendations 
  • Build Excel models to analyze IT-related data, such as system performance metrics, cost reduction, network optimization, and user engagement 
  • Conduct vendor interviews, create IT-related surveys, and develop reports that provide valuable insights for client decision-making 
  1. Record information and drive communication.  
  • Lead the documentation of key takeaways from internal and client meetings, particularly those focused on IT-related discussions.   
  • Communicate concisely and proactively, to ensure that all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, are informed and aligned 
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal, will be key in keeping the project team aligned, ensuring technical solutions are clearly communicated, and tracking action items and project progress 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE 
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience 
  • Local to Durham, NC area 
  • Experience with Microsoft M365 
  • Experience managing laptops and other hardware 
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 
  • Strong verbal and writing skills to showcase both in person and in virtual presentations
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines, multi-task, and manage multiple shifting priorities 
  • AI administration, training, building agents are a plus. Genuine adoption and excitement for the evolution of AI is a must
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience with additional cloud platforms
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM systems (eg Fresh Service or Service Now)
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
