Arranges cartons on pallets and racks keeping in mind size, weight, height, etc. Loads trucks keeping in mind cubic weight, size and characteristics in mind. Works productively (i.e., receiving products, picking products, etc.) with little supervision. Provides and inspires outstanding service to customers (i.e., stores, etc.) by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner. Maintains condition of Distribution Center and/or warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc. ). Additional duties as assigned by Distribution Center or Warehouse Management. Clamp and standup forklift experience Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. May also be responsible for operating manual/powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc. Essential Job Duties Receive and put away inbound product to designated location. Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and delivering to staging area/delivery truck. Operate a manual/powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse. Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence. Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas. Comply with established company policies and procedures. Assumes other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Not responsible for supervising employees. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience Up to 1 year of work related experience. Preferred Requirements High School Diploma/GED. Warehouse, or similar, work environment Prior order picker experience required. Prior forklift experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Basic computer skills. Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures. Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved. Uses guidance/guidelines provide by supervisor/manager. Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time. The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements). Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, 6AM- 6PM and Wednesday, 6am-12pm

(must be flexible on schedule as it is subject to change based off of business needs/mandatory overtime if needed)

Warehouse Associates are responsible for packaging, sorting, processing, staging, loading, unloading and transporting of products.  Individuals in this position must work cooperatively with other Associates and productively with little supervision. Following company safety policies and procedures is of great importance to this position.  

This position is hands on and involvesrepetitivelifting, stacking, sorting, bending, stooping,reaching.  

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other Associates to do the same.
  • Safely operates machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting,processingstaging and transporting products.
  • Works cooperatively and productively with Supervisors and other Associates in order to complete tasks.
  • Arranges cartons on pallets and racks keeping in mind size, weight, height, etc.
  • Loads trucks keeping in mind cubic weight, size and characteristics in mind.
  • Works productively (i.e., receiving products, picking products, etc.) with little supervision.
  • Provides and inspires outstanding service to customers (i.e., stores, etc.) by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner. Maintains condition of Distribution Center and/or warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location,etc.).
  • Additional duties as assigned by Distribution Center or Warehouse Management.
  •   Clamp and standup forklift experience

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be eighteen years of age or older.
