Job Description
- Warehouse Management:
- Organize and implement receipt operations based on purchase orders and product requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage product storage to ensure safety, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, serving company needs promptly and orderly.
- Organize shipment, packaging, labeling, weighing, and sorting based on order requirements, ensuring timely, accurate, and low-cost operations.
- Process Management and Optimization:
- Manage and optimize overall warehouse processes in real-time according to product and shipment needs and logistics planning.
- Cost Management:
- Develop and update the annual warehouse budget, execute it, and regularly analyze and improve actual business costs compared to the budget.
- Continuously review storage, labor, and office costs, taking measures to optimize the cost structure and reduce costs reasonably.
- Department and Personnel Management:
- Recruit and allocate suitable employees based on company policies and business needs.
- Manage and motivate employees through effective management and departmental activities, creating a positive work environment and promoting employee development.
- Performance Management and Incentives:
- Set and deliver performance assessment indicators for direct reports based on company and departmental performance goals and annual performance management plans. Provide performance coaching and assessments, ensuring the team achieves outstanding work goals.
- Other Duties:
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Education:
- Associate degree or above from a nationally recognized university; majors in logistics, economics, or management preferred.
- Training:
- Training in modern logistics management, supply chain management, and team management.
- Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in the logistics or e-commerce logistics industry.
- Over 2 years of management experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in internal logistics management and business operations.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Familiarity with logistics-related IT systems.
- Knowledge of lean improvement and cost optimization practices.
- Understanding of theoretical and practical site management.
- Competencies:
- Meticulous, responsible, proactive, innovative, and honest.
- Strong team collaboration and stress resistance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of dedication and responsibility.
- High standards of professional ethics and conduct.
