Receive all incoming materials. o Inspect to ensure product and goods are not damaged: box is sealed properly or if punctured, check for any damage. Account for all products before signing for packages. If receiving freight, make sure freight driver notes any damage on Bill of Lading (BOL). o Compare received individual packing list and account for all boxes. Each box must have the correct product, quantity, color and look for any other damage. o Date, initial and note any discrepancies on packing list. Write on the outside of box: date, box product color, size & description (hardware only). o Log receipts in ERP software. o Serve as backup for receiving non-materials deliveries. Material Inspection o Perform visual inspection of incoming goods to ensure adherence to MYSTERY RANCH quality standards. o Perform testing of incoming materials as needed. o Be able to identify material flaws and shade differences. o Generate needed inspection records. o Non-compliant materials should be submitted to the Material Review Board. Raw Material Inventory o Participate in quarterly inventory counts and cycle counts.
