Ensure all packing stations are prepped daily and warehouse cleanliness is maintained. Process & Performance Improvement Monitor and optimize operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Partner with leadership to implement automation rules and streamline workflows. Actively evaluate cost-saving opportunities and vendor relationships. Cross-Department Collaboration Communicate with Production Manager and Account Managers to align on client needs, order timelines, and quality expectations. Report damaged inventory and operational issues proactively. Compliance & Safety Uphold and enforce safety policies and standards to protect employees and ensure compliance. Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., and push pull up to 50 lbs. Must be able to operate power tools and machinery related to DTG printing and warehouse tasks. As Operations Manager, you will oversee Mountainy’s daily operations across 3PL fulfillment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.     • Monitor and optimize operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
