Customer Success Manager, Value & Delivery

As a member of the Customer Success, Value & Delivery team at Voxel, you will own the critical early phase of the customer journey—from post-sale through initial value realization. Your mission is to ensure seamless onboarding, successful implementation, and meaningful business impact in the first 90 days of deployment, before the account transitions to a long-term Customer Success Manager. What You’ll Do Lead new customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth handoff from sales and setting clear expectations and success criteria. Design and execute structured implementation plans tailored to customer goals, timelines, and site-specific needs. Proactively manage project milestones, deployment progress, and stakeholder communications. Drive early value realization by aligning platform usage to key customer outcomes and safety/operational metrics. Surface early insights and ROI indicators that validate impact and support expansion readiness. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless handoff post-implementation, complete with documentation and success tracking. Gather and relay feedback to internal teams to support continuous product and process improvement. Drive initial value capture while supporting mechanisms for long-term strategic engagement. Act as a lifecycle strategist, identifying key moments to guide, advise, and re-engage. Partner with long-term Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to co-author value realization frameworks and renewal narratives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, technical account management, or related roles. Strong project management skills and comfort working with technical deployments. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value. Experience in safety, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus. A Brief Overview The Yard/Warehouse Rep I receives, stocks, ships, orders and counts inventory items. This is an entry level position that is responsible for the safe operation of a forklift in order to stock all lumber and building materials. Perform duties within the established work and safety procedures. What you will do Operate safely. Participate in a positive work environment Assist warehouse associates and direct supervisor in maintaining an organized work environment. May include, emptying trash receptacles, and keeping all bays and staging areas clean and organized. Receive incoming products, commodities and materials. The Cashier is the Great Lakes Ace (GLA) team member who often has the most customer contact; in this role you are accountable for maintaining a good company image and promoting GLA's goodwill through your attitude, appearance and a concern for the profitability of the entire store. Other duties may be assigned. REGISTER OPERATIONS (typically 70% or more of role) Operates cash register by scanning all merchandise, engaging the customer through suggestive selling, proper tendering of each transaction, and thanking the customer for shopping at GLA. Processes refunds and/or issues in store merchandise credit to customers for returned merchandise. Uses loss prevention techniques to reduce shortages and prevent shoplifting. Follows GLA policies and procedures for all transactions. Engages the customer to ensure they are receiving all the benefits of being an Ace Rewards member and actively seeking participation from them. Maintains familiarity with all ads, rebates and special pricing; reports pricing errors to management. Answers telephones and refers all calls to proper department through the use of the paging system and two way radios. SALES FLOOR (typically 30% or less of role) Greets all customers and assists in answering questions about merchandise; uses The S.A.L.E.S. process to help customers find everything on their lists. Aid customers in locating merchandising in store, on acehardware.com, as well as, processing special orders. Displays, stocks and maintains merchandise on end caps, shelves, counters or tables following company plan‐o‐gram, building displays when necessary to attract customers and promote sales within specified guidelines by your management team. Assists with color matching and mixing paint. Collect carts; carry merchandise out to customer cars if needed. ADDITIONAL DUTIES Assists and/or makes recommendations to customers in the service areas within the store including, but not limited to; chain, rope, key, and glass cutting, screen repair, and knife sharpening. Follows the nightly maintenance checklist to ensure proper store recovery and cleanliness of assigned work areas. Refers customer complaints to proper person for resolution. A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. RELATIONSHIPS Professionally communicates with customers, all members of store management, store associates, and the Support Center associates as necessary. As a member of the Customer Success, Value & Delivery team at Voxel, you will own the critical early phase of the customer journey—from post-sale through initial value realization. Your mission is to ensure seamless onboarding, successful implementation, and meaningful business impact in the first 90 days of deployment, before the account transitions to a long-term Customer Success Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Lead new customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth handoff from sales and setting clear expectations and success criteria.
- Design and execute structured implementation plans tailored to customer goals, timelines, and site-specific needs.
- Proactively manage project milestones, deployment progress, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive early value realization by aligning platform usage to key customer outcomes and safety/operational metrics.
- Surface early insights and ROI indicators that validate impact and support expansion readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless handoff post-implementation, complete with documentation and success tracking.
- Gather and relay feedback to internal teams to support continuous product and process improvement.
- Drive initial value capture while supporting mechanisms for long-term strategic engagement.
- Act as a lifecycle strategist, identifying key moments to guide, advise, and re-engage.
- Partner with long-term Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to co-author value realization frameworks and renewal narratives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, technical account management, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills and comfort working with technical deployments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value.
- Experience in safety, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a plus but not required.
Range includes base salary plus on-target variable earnings.
