Job Summary The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for responding to work orders, deliver and set-up of office equipment and furniture, and set-up and tear down of special events. The incumbent is expected to maintain a clean, safe work environment, and provide excellent customer service to all clients and employees. Provide backup for mailroom, logistics, and security department as needed. Potential to work nights and weekends, including over-time. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned. Position Summary

Join our high-performing distribution team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will manage inbound freight, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments, including international shipments, while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality. You'll ensure all processes run efficiently while supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and manage inbound freight, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipping.

  • Operate and update computer systems for inventory management, order processing, and shipping documentation.

  • Monitor shipments and coordinate with other teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35,000.00 - $52,600.00 per year.
