职位名称:仓库经理

仓库经理是仓储运营的核心岗位,负责仓库的日常运营、团队管理及流程优化。无需担心业务拓展,只需专注于让仓库运行更高效、更准确、更安全。

主要职责

  • 统筹日常仓库运营,包括收货、拣货、打包、发货等工作;
  • 负责 Amazon FBA 补货与跨仓调拨,以及 Shopify、Walmart、eBay 等平台订单履约;
  • 规划库位布局,优化空间利用率与作业流程;
  • 管理 8–10 人的仓库团队,安排排班、培训及绩效考核;
  • 确保现场作业安全,符合 OSHA 安全标准;
  • 跟进库存与运输情况,协调货代与物流合作伙伴;
  • 监控运营指标(如出货准确率、发货及时率等),持续提升效率;
  • 参与仓储系统与流程的优化升级。

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of warehouse management or team lead experience (e-commerce preferred).
  • Familiar with Amazon FBA and general fulfillment operations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with WMS/ERP systems and Excel.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
  • Must have legal U.S. work authorization.
